• Products can be returned within 14 working days from the date of receipt.

Return costs

• Shipping costs ( €20 including VAT ) are your responsibility and will be deducted from the amount refunded after the return.

How to make a return

• Download and fill out the return form here.
• Fill out the form and send it to customercare@robertocollina.it
• Within the next 14 days, ship the product complete with its internal packaging; if possible, place it in the original box.
• Wait for the UPS return label.
• Apply the UPS return label to the outside of the package.
• Drop off your package at your nearest UPS location by visiting: https://www.ups.com/dropoff/

Delivery times

• 2–3 days in European Union countries.

• Free for orders of €250 or more.
  For orders under €250, shipping costs are €14.
